Running late does not count as exercise!
Neither does jumping to conclusions, flying off the handle, or dodging responsibility. Sitting at a desk all day can be quite boring, not to mention bad for us. Short bursts of exercise give you extra energy, get your heart rate elevated, and help you blast calories throughout the rest of your day. A quick walk around your office is great but truth be told, if we got up from the desk all the time, we wouldn't ever get anything done. So we've chosen some easy exercises and stretches to do right at your desk. Spread the word around the office so you don't inadvertently freak out your coworkers–not the you have anything to be ashamed of.
