Who What Wear partners with brands a few times a year for style panels and meet-ups. We worked with Sorel this Fall to put together an event discussing growing a brand, and working in the fashion industry.

Inspired by Sorel’s edgy yet feminine shoes, I put together a design that played with repetition in a bold color palette. Relying mostly on green, taupe, and black.

For the panel, we selected mismatched furniture to play off the space of mixed materials. To create a backdrop for the panel, we used lifestyle imagery from Sorel and applied it to the windows for a postered look. I chose florals that aligned with the palette, choosing large arrangements with leafy greenery to complete the space. We worked with production to create a photo moment that featured the florals with a mirrored bottom to highlight the shoes.

Other collateral included signage, bar menus, programs and invitations.
